How do I get a quote?

We highly recommend browsing the site and requesting a quote through our quote form. Your Quote Form is like a shopping cart without the obligation to purchase. You can build your space with furniture items you are interested in and send us your request – we will get back to you with a quote. You can also call us at 212-216-9220 to request a quote for your office furniture project.

Does BFG have a catalog they can send me?
No – we do not produce printed catalogs because our contemporary office furniture designs are constantly updated and changing. We know that each office is uniquely different and has requirements that go beyond three or four choices. Please feel free to call us or fill out the form below┬áif you would like more detailed information about any of our furniture designs.
Can the Modern Office Furniture configurations shown on your website be sized to fit my particular space?
Yes. We have CAD designers that will work with you on sizing the modern office furniture to properly fit your space. All you have to do is email the AutoCAD file of your space to us and we will take it from there. Your building management should be able to email you the AutoCad file of your space if you ask them.
Are different color combinations and finishes available beyond what is shown on your website?
Yes. The color combinations and finishes shown in the Design Your Office Tool represent the current color trends in commercial office furniture. If you have your own design vision, or would like to see some different colors or materials applied to the office furniture configurations, we are happy to accommodate your request.
Can I afford the modern office furniture designs shown on the BFG website?

We strive to offer moderately priced modern office furniture options with the goal of making good design available to everyone. We have an expert team of office furniture specialists that are ready to assist you in navigating through our furniture designs to develop an affordable furniture package that meets your budgetary requirements. Once you contact us and we understand your needs, our specialists will assist you in developing a plan and budget for your project. This way, you will be able to see the big picture early on in the planning process, and know what to realistically expect. Through our optional financing program, you also have the choice of making monthly payments for your furniture package. Why are there no prices on the BFG Gallery configurations?

We don’t show prices online because the contemporary office furniture items on our site come in so many sizes, configurations, components, and finish options that aren’t possible to price each piece and variation. Also, due to the level of discounting that we offer, we are not allowed to advertise those prices on our website, which in most cases would be below the manufacturer’s minimum advertised price restrictions (MAP Pricing).

Will I save money by working with BFG?

Yes. If you qualify for financing, you will have numerous monthly payment options to choose from.
At what point in my project planning should I contact BFG?

It is optimal to get Broadway Furniture Group involved early in the planning process, preferably at project inception. Our project experts can then produce a preliminary budget and furniture plan for your project or furniture package at a point when you are making critical financial and/or construction decisions for your office space. You will get the big picture early, when you need it, but you should not wait until the last minute to contact us. We also have a Quick Ship office furniture program available, and we can help you to navigate through those options.

Does BFG work with residential customers?
No. Broadway Furniture Group only works with commercial clients.
How quickly can BFG get my new office set up?
Our modern office furniture designs are made per your order and normally take 4 to 7 weeks to produce once you place your order, so you shouldn’t wait until the last minute to contact us. For those of you who start this process late, we have a Quick-Ship office furniture program available, and we can help you navigate through those options.
I noticed that BFG is based in the NYC Metro area. Do you ship and install furniture nationwide?
Yes. Broadway Furniture Group’s NYC office is the planning hub for all of our furniture projects, nationwide. With the advent of the Internet, email, and low-cost communication tools, the world has become much smaller. Remote planning is now as easy as local planning. We have a national installation network, so when you order a modern office furniture package from us, it will ship to a receiving warehouse in your area. We will then schedule an installation date with you, and our professional office furniture installers will deliver and install your furniture.
